Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and provision of coach, minibus and transfer services offered by Exit Travel E.E. (the “Company”, “we”) through the website exitbus.gr. By requesting a quote or completing a booking you accept these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Last updated: July 2026.

1. Company Details

2. Booking & Quote Process

Bookings are made through our online booking engine, by email or by telephone. When you submit a request we collect your name, email, telephone number and route details in order to prepare an offer.

3. Pricing & Payment

Unless stated otherwise, our prices are all-inclusive and cover the vehicle, driver, fuel and standard operating costs. Prices are quoted including VAT at the applicable rate of 13% for passenger transport.

3.1 Deposit & Balance

Payments are processed securely through Viva. Costs that are not part of the agreed service (for example tolls, ferry fares, parking, driver accommodation on multi-day trips, or extra hours and kilometres) will be charged separately where applicable and identified in the quote.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Transfers

Transfers may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made later than 48 hours before pick-up may be charged in full.

4.2 Charters & Multi-day Hire

For coach and minibus charters, cancellation charges apply on a tiered basis according to the notice given before the service date:

Cancellations must be sent in writing to info@exitbus.gr and take effect on the date we receive them.

5. Tours, Departures & Minimum Participants

Scheduled excursions and tours operate subject to a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not reached, we may cancel or reschedule the departure and will offer you an alternative date or a full refund of amounts paid for that tour. Advertised departure times and itineraries may be adjusted for operational reasons; passengers should arrive at the agreed meeting point on time, as vehicles cannot wait for late arrivals.

6. Liability

We provide our services with due care and in accordance with our EOT/MITE licence and applicable Greek law. Our liability is limited to the value of the service booked and to damage directly caused by our fault. We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by the customer, from delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions or third parties, or from indirect or consequential loss. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations where this is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, road closures, accidents, acts of public authorities, epidemics or other exceptional circumstances. In such cases we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative or a fair refund.

8. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Greek law. The parties will seek to resolve any dispute amicably. Where this is not possible, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thessaloniki, Greece. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking applies to that booking. For any questions please contact us at info@exitbus.gr or +30 2311 110 929.
